Here are the basic mini photos that take you through the Glastonbury Festival registration process (we'll update this with the larger originals later):

Step 1: Fill in your details at the following website http://www.glastonburyregistration.co.uk/ and then press the Register button. You need to do this process for EACH of your friends, so you will need a digital photo of each of your friends, and their addresses. You could use the same email address for each application, if that helps you to coordinate the bookings, or you can use a seperate email address for each friend. It makes no difference because it will only be used for sending you the registration numbers.

Step 2a: The next page is very important - you should see the Registration Confirmation page, however if the website has too many requests at any one time, you might see the Error page (see the image in Step 2b below).

Step 2b: This is the error page - this sometimes shows, and you will have to press the back button and try again, retuning to Step 1.


Step 3: Important: Add the following email address to your "contacts list" to prevent your registration ending up in the spam box in your email account. The address to add is This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it

Step 4: Wait until you get the email(s) for each of the people that you have registered. Tickets can be booked individually, or in blocks of up to 4 tickets, but you will need the Postcode and Registration number for each friend before you can book for them. It's up to you if you book them one at a time, as the registration confirmations arrive, or perhaps wait for all friends to get confirmations. They will need to give you their Registration Number, Name, and Postcode. You will also need their addresses and debit cards if they are to be booked individually. Tickets will be sent out by Special Delivery and will need to be signed for at the address they are delivered to, or a nearby post office within 7 days.

Step 5: How to Book a Ticket. Go to http://www.seetickets.com/g2008

Step 7: The address details will already be pre-filled, you can change them if you want to somewhere where the Royal Mail Special Delivery can deliver to. You then need to type "yes" (without the quotation marks) into the box at the bottom, then click "proceed".



Step 8: Debit Card - Not Credit Card (unless you are booking from abroad). We also recommend adding yourself to their mailing list so that you get updates about the festival and future registrations etc. This is alos pretty much the ONLY change you will have to book Car Parking and CamperVan Tickets. We recommend that you get one if you think you will need one, as they can be passed onto other people if you don't use them (because they don't have your photo or car registration on them). Make sure that you press "Click here to order" and not "go back to the start"!

Step 9: You chould get a page that looks like this:

Step 10: You should get an email confirmation when they have taken money from your card to confirm that you have tickets. Also check your Bank statement to make sure that the order has taken money out of your account.
